Eddie brings over 17 years of technical and business experience across Big 4 consulting firms, Fortune 100 corporations, pre-IPO organizations, and early-stage startups. He served as a Principal Solution Engineer at Genesys and was an early CX Specialist at Zoom. His background includes management consulting at Deloitte and KPMG, combined with sales engineering and product specialist roles across AI, CCaaS, UCaaS, CRM, and ITSM cloud technologies. His certifications include Genesys Cloud Developer, AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITIL 4, CompTIA ITF+, Demo2Win, and Zoom ZSA, ZTSA, and ZDA.

Berk Vogelheim

Principal

Berk brings over 10 years of experience in enterprise customer experience, solution engineering, and AI/LLM enablement. His background includes CX technical consulting at Zoom as a Consulting Solutions Engineer and at Freshworks as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, with additional engineering experience at SafeGraph and KEYENCE. He helps organizations translate complex business priorities into scalable service design, automation strategy, and measurable implementation outcomes. His credentials include ITIL 4, Prompt Engineering (Vanderbilt), Mastering Technical Sales, Google Cloud Customer Interaction, and Zoom ZSA, ZTSA, and ZDA certifications.

Michael Stewart

Michael brings more than 20 years of leadership across customer experience, enterprise communications, and technical delivery. He served as a Systems Engineering Manager at Cisco, following multiple systems engineering and collaboration leadership roles, and later supported CCaaS and UC programs at Zoom and Webex. His certifications include 2xCCIE, Zoom ZSA, ZTSA, and ZDA.
